Any experience with the PACE application?

Where I live it would be Social Services. Who handles Medicaid in ur area. That is where u would go.

Contact the center that hosts the PACE or the nonprofit that has the contract with the state to run the PACE as to if your are in thier service area and what you need to apply.

For the PACE by us - the Benson Center - their website has contact name & information and so does the nonprofit - Catholic Charities - who has the contract with the state. Hopefully PACE where you live has current openings.
