Grandma 1954....My wife is 67 years old and was the energizer bunny until ALS struck. She was diagnosed on Dec 6,2021 and is on a rapid downhill slide .I am her caretaker and it is taking a toll on me. You are correct. We mostly hear about caring for people in their 80's and 90's.
The problems and struggles of being a caregiver are not age restricted. Yes many are dealing with older parents. But many are spouses and many of the obstacles are similar. If there are specific questions they can be asked as well. (no question is "dumb, silly, stupid" so have your friend feel free to ask whatever is important to her)
