My grandmother is 104, I'm planning to start an elderly home so I can take her there. Is it okay to relocate her?

my mother stopped working because she has to look after her aging mothers was wondering if its ok to relocate her .

Why would you relocate her? That would be between your mother and grandmother. Obviously your mother knows that her mother will not be living for many more years (or even 1 more) and wants to cherish the time she still has left. Let them enjoy this last bit of mother-daughter time together while they can.
