Where can I obtain a copy of my PCA certificate?

My storage burnt and my PCA certificate also burnt up. How would I go about getting another copy? I need it for a job. Im very desperate.

I don't know what a PCA certificate is, but why not contact whoever issued it, explain what happened and ask how to get a duplicate?.

Contact the agency who trained you, they should have a copy.

what happens if your former employer was your trainer and they refuse to give you a copy? kinda screwed here.
