My mom has got a bladder infection and will not pass urine. I've rang the district nurse who suggested a catheter and said they would come out. I then got a call saying they cant put this in without doctors permission 2 hours. I've been trying to contact doctors 111 out of hours and still no joy. My mom is in pain and cannot be prescribed end of life medication till shes been seen by a doctor and no doctors are on call. I'm at the end of my tether. I don't know what to do anymore noone seems to care my mom is dying in pain.

Any advice for stomach pains?
I'm looking after an 87 year old lady who's at end of life dementia. She's complaining of stomach pains. Any advice? And also her urine is very strong, why is this? She seems to have had a surge of energy. Just wanted a few answers please if you can help me.

Today Nov. 10th: "she has lost her speech this morning her hands and feet are cold and she is very cold can i do anythink ?"

Sounds like not in the U.S.
Maybe in Britian-a different system, as Countrymouse has explained to me.

Do they have 911, or emergency services?

I would call 911 or the equivalent where you live and get her to the hospital
