Call your local council on aging & ask for a list of good adult day cares. Or do the research on the web on your own. They can vary quite a bit in price, hours & what they offer, including whether they transport.

See if your state has a respite program for caregivers. Some states do. Our local paper also has people who will sit with the elderly for a reasonable fee.
