daughterlu, Your brother could not change the POA, but your mother could have signed a new one or a new Healthcare proxy. You were staying at the facility 7am-1130pm, which is over 16 hours a day. You either cut back or the facility will be billing for your room and board, legally. You are already showing signs of exhaustion- paranoid about meds and sevices-blowing up at staff- suspicious about the POA. You need rest, and lots of it. PLEASE get some.
