MEDICARE does not generally cover the costs of long term, in home care, or facility care.

What are HER financial resources? If she needs 24/7 care and has no financial resources, you need to apply for MEDICAID on her behalf.

You won't find such an agency because Medicare doesn't cover that, unfortunately. Babalou is correct in encouraging her to apply for Medicaid if she cannot pay for her care needs herself.

Call your local area of Aging.. Also Adult Services...

Resquest that a case manager comes out for an assessment and if she is low income they will cover most of it..

My Mom was on medicare and Elder Services approved 3 hrs 3 days a week for bathing. It cost my Mom $9 a month..

Also look into medicaid elder waivers..

Ask Elder Services what is available through medicaid for low income..
