Located in Oakbrook. No skill required, just need someone tobe there for safety.

There are cameras that you can set up and you can use your phone to monitor her.
You do say she is in Assisted Living. Is the reason you need a monitor because her care needs exceed what the AL facility can do? If so rather than looking for a monitor it might be time to look for a facility that can meet her needs.

If your looking for an electronic monitor try a baby monitor if your in the same house or if you are in a separate location I used RING the battery operated one. There are several different kinds of monitors out there you just need to do your research.

This isn't a site to hire help.
This is an international Forum of current and former caregivers just giving out advice to others.
Do look up agencies in your area online. Some have tried care.com. I am not familiar with others. Even a sitter will be quite expensive hourly.
I wish you the best of luck.
Your local council on aging may have some ideas where to start your search as may your own doctors office.
