Depends on your state...yes the 5 year bar is relevant to qualify for federal benefits, but some states may pick up medical coverage. They may have alien medical coverage. If you need emergency care go the hospital because you will be treated for the emergency. You might contact your country's embassy to get advice, or speak to an immigration attorney. If you are a sponsored alien talk to your sponsor for help. Do you have a total of 40 work quarters, either on your own or "borrowed" from a spouse or parent? This may waive the 5 year bar. You might also contact organizations that he'll people with specific illnesses, like American Caner Society. Good luck in finding care.

How old are you?

If You are over the age of 65 your could contact the council on aging.
There may not be anything for you. Go seek medical treatment at the hospital. Yeah...you will end up with huge bills...but, what choice is there?

There is a five year waiting period for green card holders in america to receive medicaid benefits. Better to chance survival in country of origin than wait to become eligible here and not live.
