Find Care & Housing
Does your mother have any assets?
Does your mother pay you?
Do you live with your mother or does she live with you?
Have you seen an attorney to do all paperwork for POA, wills, advance directives and most importantly a care contract in which have shared living expenses?

You will never, even by some miraculous governmental program, get enough pay to make up for not working, and you could well end up homeless and with no job history.

I recommend seeing an attorney for options, both those available from your state Medicare or Medicaid, and your mom.
Good luck.

One should NEVER leave their job to care for a loved one, unless they are independently wealthy, which it sounds like you're not, so you need to go back to work to pay off your debt, and have your mom placed in the appropriate facility.
And if money is an issue for your mom she will have to apply for Medicaid.
Not all decisions made are smart ones and I hope you'll reevaluate the choices you have made.

It’s nice to provide help to your mom. It sounds like this decision is causing financial harm to you. You’re no longer earning an income that provides for your needs, pays your debt, and contributes to Social Security toward your own retirement. The income from mom could be seen as her gifting you money unless you’ve set up a caregiver contract with her, one that protects you both in the event mom needs care using Medicaid one day. The only option I know to pay debt is earning an income and paying it off. Please consider not only mom’s needs but your own, both now and in the future.
