I have DPOA for mom from the state of Florida but I'm moving her to a memory care facility in SC. Will I need another POA?

yes, i will be living near her in SC and would like to move her bank account from FL to SC as well but was told I had to have a SC POA.

You probably would be best served by talking to an elder attorney in SC, don't ya think?
