Speak to your social worker at dialysis as every ESRD Provider is required to have one.
The resources vary depending on where you live. Are you living somewhere now and getting evicted? I have heard that in many if not all states landlords are being prohibited to evict which buys you time.

Sorry for your tough situation.

My MIL lives in a sliding scale elderly apartment building. She only get about what you get a month, from social security. She pays what she can "afford" which is about $200 a month. It is subsidized by the government.

I imagine there's something like this in your state as well.

Are you receiving dialysis? The best place to start may be your own doctor who can refer you to social services, and through them, help that may be available in your area, and access to supplemental help, and help applying for that. Wishing you good luck.
