He is very weak and his 39 year old daughter made him give her his SSI card and has been using his money for her convenience while he is weak at the hospital where he can hardly talk and asking for all his material stuff. I already contacted some of his family but what I can do is so limited since I am not with him. I don't think this is fair he does not deserve this, what can I do to help him?

You could try contacting adult protective services and they will investigate it. Good luck to you. It is so sad how some children act when it comes to money.
