You can ask her physician to write her a prescription for the brand she likes and they can deliver a 30-day supply for a minimal co-pay. In Ohio, the co-pay was about $8.25 for 5 boxes of Depends at the Kroger pharmacy. I used to pick up for a lady at church. Probably different in other states. Every State manages it's Medicaid program differently.

You might want to check to see if your sister can qualify for Medicaid, because I believe those garments could be covered. Medicaid is different in each State, different rules and programs, so hopefully your sister's State might have such a program. It's worth a call.
