Find Care & Housing
Community Medicaid does pay for incontinence supplies. There are several companies that have home delivery service. You can ask her physician to write her a prescription for the brand she likes and they can deliver a 30-day supply for a minimal co-pay. In Ohio, the co-pay was about $8.25 for 5 boxes of Depends at the Kroger pharmacy. I used to pick up for a lady at church. Probably different in other states. Every State manages it's Medicaid program differently.

jonesy, sorry but Medicare does not cover the cost of Depend type garments.

You might want to check to see if your sister can qualify for Medicaid, because I believe those garments could be covered. Medicaid is different in each State, different rules and programs, so hopefully your sister's State might have such a program. It's worth a call.
