Mom wanted me to take care of the family home because I took care of her and dad myself. My sister did not help at all.
After promising mom and I would be able to live in the house as long as I maintained the property.
Mom has passed and my sister is charging me rent I can't afford. I'm disabled now on ssdi. She won't disclose the will she drew up. She's taken the entire estate with a forged will.
Is there anything I can do do?
I just want to save my father's home he built .

If the estate is sizeable, sister needs to probate it. You can contest the will once that is done. It will be public then. By contesting its authenticity, sister can't do anything. I would call Probate anyway asking what you can do in this situation. There is legal aide. They charge on scale. You will need proof of Moms signature.

I really don't know how she could illegally notarize it. Mom has to be present to sign the Will in front of the notary. You have to prove who you are. The notary has a stamp they use and then they sign. For a notary to do any different could be grounds to loose their position. And maybe their job.

I would not pay anything without seeing the Will which you have a right to see as an interested party. If she tries to evict you, there will be a court hearing. Bring it up there that you feel the Will is a fraud. The problem u will have if this is true that without a Will Mom died intestate. Which means her estate will be split between her children by the state. So sister will own half the house. She can then charge you rent or she buys u out or u buy her out.

If you do win back the house, will you be able to afford the maintenance and repairs, the insurance, the property taxes, do the yardwork, etc. on your ssdi income? Even if you have a renter it may not be enough to cover it. Just want you to go into it with your eyes wide open. Wishing you peace in your heart.

Agree with Alva.  You'll need legal help to reverse your sister's actions and straighten out the situation.

How do you know and what documentation can you obtain to document the forged will?  Do you know who allegedly witnessed and/or notarized it?  Was it filed in the Probate Court?

Any and all documentation and action you can document will help an attorney sort this out and possibly reverse the actions taken by your sister.   That would include how you obtained knowledge of your sister's action.

A will that you suspect was forged is a matter for Lawyers.
You will have to gather your evidence of forgery of the will, and see a Lawyer regarding this in order to contest the will.
