Since my older brother who is 6 years older than me 4 years younger than my sister hates me, and disapproves of her helping me financially or otherwise that she I think turned her back on me because she wanted to please them since they're helping her and I don't live close. She snuck out our house one day and came back with the police and lied to them about domestic violence that never happened, lied on an affidavit to the court, never showed up to that hearing, and now we have another hearing coming up in January but no one has served me to be there even though I'm a named party in the lawsuit. On SSI only and indigen and disabled myself I need advice on what to do. She has slandered my name. She bought a trailer for me to live in when she was of sound mind and overnight she decided she hated me I guess and is trying to throw me out of the only place I have to live. And I am an elder and I think this is abusive to me. I am now alone ostracized and no one will talk to me. Her dodgers will not return my call and my brother refuses to knowledge my existence. I'm in hell. I've seen your account was emails and my brother too to try to find out what's happening and why this is all happened so quickly and what is going on now and no one responds.

Call APS and ask for their help and intervention on your behalf. There are way too many people, too many details, too much information that we are not privy to here to make any guesses and there is a court case going. You may need, if you are a party in any suit, to have legal representation, and need to know how to approach the court to get that. Good luck.

Is it possible she has dementia? Paranoia (and memory loss) is a common behavior that can come with dementia. My Mom can have it one day and then not again for a long while. Others with dementia can have it every day. But because of your entanglements with her financially, you really need an attorney or a Public Defender or someone to do it pro bono (for free) for your case. We can't give you advice since we're not legal professionals. You need someone who is licensed to practice in your home state.
