My mother's medical notes indicate that she is missing medication for the 2nd time. Is there any place else that I can report this problem to?

It was referred to adult monitoring and protective services. I am still waiting of status of adult monitoring investigation. I was told she would call me last week. My mother is in an assisted living facility with memory care. I have already been told neglect was found.

Call the ombudsman. They should be able to help you.

We installed a camera surveillance camera (with Dad's permission) in my parents assisted living apartment. One night we actually found one CNA physically being too assertive with my mother. What an eye opener. We always knew she was brisk (to say the least) but this went too far. We showed the clip to the head of the facility and the CNA is no longer employed. I feel so much better knowing I can check in on my parents and actually see what is going on.
