Find Care & Housing
You can tell your relatives that until your Mom is found incompetent. She can do what she wants and the law stands behind her. If u don't have POA, if she is found incompetent, you have no authority.

And, I would think twice about bringing her into ur home. Caregiving is hard work and unappreciated by a person suffering from Dementia.

She may change her mind as she declines. But also, perhaps she would rather go to assisted living instead of living with you. You might start at least finding out what is available in your area for her just to think about for the future. In the meantime she may need some home care for a while. What are her needs right now?

If she has not been deemed incompetent there really is nothing that you can do.

As a side note, I hope that you clearly understand what you will be facing if she moves in with you. I would read around this site and see some actual stories about how this will effect your life.

My mother lived alone until she was 94, we couldn't get her to budge, then she had a slight stroke, and started having panic attacks. My brother and I placed her in AL...and...she loves it, being around people her own age, activities and the ability to hop on the shuttle and shop has made her very happy.

Is she competent to make her own decisions about where she lives? Do you have Durable POA? Do you know what her doctor thinks about it? Is she at risk and/or able to manage her own care alone? There are so many things to consider. Often, someone has to get proactive, unless there is a crisis. Most seniors with dementia, don't just call you up and say I need help, I'm not able to take care of myself, please hire help or place me in a facility. It's often very protracted and messy. And, resistance is common. Maybe, the family members can help you out or come up with a strategy.
