She doesn’t realise when she does it at night. I am struggling to cope with her. She is not demanding but, I find the problem with her not wanting to drink is always a problem as she doesn’t want to drink. Could this be any thing to do with her bowel movements?

Sue, not drinking enough fluids usually has more to do with constipation. It sounds like she is losing her bowel control. Does this only happen at night? Contact her doctor and see what he/she says about it.
