My mother gets that "early evening confused mode" beginning around 3:30 and it lasts until lets say 9:00 - What do you suggest?

I respond - BUT, I get so I cant resist correcting her -She may or may not understand that there could be her error. Is there any trick I can remember? -on how to deal with this dementia remark.

It is probably sundowns and I hope someone will be able to advise you about this they say bright lights turned on help SAD but I do not know if it helps sundown.
