This is your original post. The second one deals with Medicare not paying for bandages, etc. In neither do you answer the questions asked. Now this question, does not even make sense.

I can understand Mom in on Hospice in her Nursing Home and that she has ALZ. But what do you mean by "mental visits". Are there doctors coming into her room other than the facility one? The only care Mom should be getting is from the Hospice Nurse and an aide. When they are not there, then the NH staff cares for Mom. There is no need for a Psychiatric visit, she is dying. The Hospice Doctor can order anything she may need medicine wise. IMO if there are Doctors other than a facility doctor or Hospice Dr seeing her, I would question this. I would ask why these doctors are being called in. Also, IMO you can request that they not see Mom because it upsets her.

Years ago a friend was in the hospital. He was billed by a doctor he did not know. He contacted the Hospital to see if they had a record of this Dr being called in to consult. No record. Come to find out while my friend was sleeping off the effects of anesthesia, this Dr entered his room. He billed my friend for that. No, my friend did not pay, it was fraud on the Drs part. Another friend, a doctor walked in, asked him how he was doing, friend said OK, Dr walked out and then friend got a bill. Again fraud.

I am so sorry but can't understand your question. You say your Mom is in a nursing home and hospice is called in now. Does she actually have hospice approval now? And who is visiting that you wish to stop visiting? Just know that it is very unlikely your mom would be kicked out of her nursing home because she is on hospice. I have no idea what "mental visit" means. Wish I could answer better.

Not sure I understand your question.
If the facility wants to "kick her out" the Hospice Social Worker will help find another facility that will take her.
Hospice will work with your mom and the facility to care for mom in any way they can.
The Hospice staff is very good at working with people that are or can be resistant.

If you could explain your question a bit better a better response might be provided.

Can you please clarify what a "mental visit" is?

If she's on hospice in a NH, I don't think your behavior impacts whether she is removed from hospice or not, if that's what you're asking.
