My mom slipped a little bit getting back into her wheelchair. Just the upper part of her slipped. Her shoulder. and got up fine the next day. Any advice?

fine. Then the second day she wouldn’t get up. She won’t eat. And she barely drinks. All she wants to do is sleep all day everyday for a week now. Any suggestions?

Any sudden change like this (unless the patient is on hospice) warrants at least a call to the doctor.

I would contact the doctor or there is the slightest possibility that she may have injured herself a bit more than you think. Anything from a slight bruise to a deeper one to a dislocation.
