My mom is out of state with dementia and little funds. Where can she go?

I have more info now. I have contacted her case manager here and a social worker where she needs to move to. It’s the finances that worry me. She has Medicare a and B, but no Medicaid. I’m working on that now.

The Agency for Aging and also Social Services for her area should be able to point you in the right direction.

Try contacting a social worker where your mom lives, either private or public, for ideas for that area.
