Have you tried washable reusable diapers? They are made out of cotton and are a lot more like regular underwear. A big bonus is that if your mom is an underwear shredder, it solves that problem. These can't be ripped apart leaving a big mess and a clogged toilet

When you say your mother is extra sensitive, what is the problem with regular Depends? Does she find them uncomfortable, develop a rash, is her skin very fragile, what kind of different product should we be looking for?
I'm puzzled, because virtually all of the customers for these products have sensitive skin - they tend to be very elderly, and very elderly skin is fragile and prone to breakdown. That's the only reason I'm asking for more specific information. It may be that there is a different condition that needs treating, for example.
