My mom won’t get out of bed anymore. She has become incontinent. Her caregivers, myself and my siblings have tried everything. I’m pretty sure she has given up. She’s told the caregiver she’s ready to die. She is 87 on Friday. She does have an appt to see I hope a doctor after Christmas. I don’t know if I will be able to get her to the car. I just don’t know what to do. Does Medicare pay for an ambulance company to take her to the doctors appt and back? Is there somewhere that has used hospital beds?

Your mother seems to be ready for hospice /comfort care. Check around for a few hospice providers near you. You can choose the one you are most comfortable with. Ask if they will send a doctor to check and evaluate her since she doesn't have a doctor. Once on hospice, Medicare will provide at no cost a hospital bed, and all incontinent products. Hospice will have a nurse that will visit once or twice a week, a CNA to bathe your mom once or twice a week, and medication to keep her comfortable and pain free.

Wishing you and your mother much comfort and love on her last journey.

The hospice has a doctor. If she needs an antidepressant they can help with that.
You may be able to find a used hospital bed but her Medicare insurance will provide on hospice or not. If not on hospice ask her doctor to order. Also you can ask her doctor to do a Telemed appointment. Medicare covers.

edit. I just noticed your post says my mom has no doctor?
You prob can’t get a Telemed if she has never seen the doctor. Do call hospice. That will get you started.

You may want to call a Hospice company in your area.

You do not need your Mom’s doctor to give you permission. Hospice will come to you, and assess your mom.

My mom has a dementia, and Hospice provides her with a hospital bed, all of her incontinence supplies, and a bath aide twice a week. Her nurse comes once a week.
