My Mom has died. I was 2nd power of attorney. Do I have a right to a copy of the POA?

I’m sorry for the loss of your mother.
Yes. If you were named in the power of attorney, you should have been given a copy when it was created. However, the power of attorney is no longer valid as of the time of your mom’s death.
The person responsible for making decisions for your mothers estate would be the executor of her will.
