My mom has been depressed since March 2016 when she listen to her family about not resuscitate my sister. What do I do?

Now she is mean to me. Idk what to do. My mom puts me down and has gave me such horrible feelings about things and I am afraid all the time and a lot of my shaking I think is hurt if that makes sense. I never dreamed my mom would the Dr says choose to act this way. But now she is worse only towards me and she lives w me and guilts me. Can someone tell me what to do?

Your mother can only abuse you if you let her. How old are you? How old is your mother? What are you afraid of? Has your mother physically abused you? if she has, next time call 9-1-1 and have the police deal with her. Does she have dementia? Does your sister know what is happening to you? Can you leave and go to live with her? Is your mother living in your home or you in her’s? If she is living in your home and she is so mean to you, get her out. If you are living with her, you get out.
