If he's changing them excessively for no obvious reason, you could try hiding the package and telling him there are only "a few" left. I have had limited success with this, but even limited success is better than all of that waste and concern about running out. However, if he's soaking them that often, then something else is going on - too much fluid intake or does he take a water pill?

Sharmont41, as cwillie had suggested "Guards" which are made by Depend. My Dad had used them and he didn't mind wearing them. You would also try out some of the Tena or Poise products for women on hubby to see if those work if he is leaking a tiny bit and he doesn't like the wetness.

Uhm, don't change so often? Sorry but it's a little unclear exactly what the reason is behind him needing so many... is he actually soaking that many or is he changing obsessively? If he's changing with every dribble then perhaps guards would work as well and help with the expense, if he is urinating that much then perhaps he needs to cut back on his fluids. And try encouraging him to use the toilet every couple of hours.
