My father has two accidental death and dismemberment policies and he is 93, should I just tell him to cancel them?

I am surprised the insurance company is still billing for this type f coverage. My husband 70 and they just dropped this part of his policy. Call the insurance company. Maybe there is a cash value.

Yes he is still paying on them. He lives in an assisted living facility and although sharp about most things he doesn't remember these 2 policies. I have decided to cancel them. Thanks

If his living situation is unlikely to have him be in a situation where they could come into play (nursing home, for example), I'd let them.
