My dad had Power of Attorney over my mom who has dementia. I have PoA over my dad. If my dad dies first, how can I get PoA over my mom?

You should see to it that you are secondary POA for your mom. Talk with your dad - it may already be on there, but if not, it can be done. Then, if your dad dies first, you would be the POA.
