My boyfriend (50) only has 15% of his heart working. He's been feeling nausea and is light headed, has weird dreams. Is he close to dying?

He also screams out and has an upset stomach, cold all of the sudden? Is he close to dying?

You need to get him to an ER. If u have Hospice you need to call the nurse. She should be available 24/7.
