You cannot "help" with the POA, your grandmother assigned you Aunt. Her responsibility is to carry out her Moms wishes. She does not need to give you health info or financial info. Its actually private.

If you mean she is missing health signs, how are u approaching her? Is she not taking your grandmom to the Drs. for her UTI? Maybe the parent that is her sibling talk to her.

Talk to a lawyer specializing in Elder Care. Many lawyers offer a free initial consultation session.

Without having the legal authority through PoA or Medical Information Release I'm afraid there is nothing you can really do except take a step back and wait patiently for a time when your aunt may ask for your input or help. If you nag and insist on inserting yourself, you will give her a reason to avoid you.
