My 92yr old mother has dementia and was placed on home oxygen. Do we need 24 hour care?

She was hospitalized last week for congestive heart failure. Lives in an assisted living facility and I go daily to help. Sisters are very worried she can't manage the oxygen tubing and will trip. We're going to use hooks to lift the tubing. Wondering if we need 24hr care?

This is something you need to talk over with the RN at the AL. There are levels of care and maybe Mom needs a higher level. Which will cost her more. Or maybe the RN can give some suggestions.
