Find Care & Housing
It is time for a full physical assessment, so please make an appointment with her MD.
You have not here mentioned anything specifically sounding like any evidence of a stroke especially since she is having trouble "moving" her legs bilaterally. That is to say not one leg is affected, but both. This sounds more as tho coming from the spine.
You should look up signs of stroke online so you can assess such things as verbal speech problems, facial droop on one side, difficulty with moving one side of the body and etc.
If there is any question in your mind this is stroke you call 911 and have EMS take your loved one to nearest stroke center for assessment. Timing is crucial because if there is a stroke it may be reversed if clot busters are delivered at once.
Never ask anyone else.
Never waste time wondering and researching.
Never wait.
Call EMS and say you believe a stroke may be in progress.
Never take your loved on to ER where they will sit for hours without assessment.
Always call the ambulance.

Yes, hope u have taken her to ER. The faster they get help, the more likely they will recuperate well.

How would any of us strangers know if your mom had a stroke? I hope you called 911 and had her taken to the hospital to find out. This is nothing to mess around with.
