My mum signed her house over to my son while she has dementia. Can I challenge this?

Yes you can. In the states they call it undue influence.

Freddy, do you live here in the States? Why I asked is that your called mother "Mum". If you are across the pond, set up an appointment with a Barrister or Solicitor to see what can be done.
