How would I go about moving my mom to my home with Medicare involved. Can I get aides out here for her on a 24-7. she has severe dementia and is bed bound.

Not with Medicare but with Medicaid, yes.

Is your mom on MEDICAID? If so, talk to her case worker about moving her. Is she currently in a facility

Sorry, posted too soon. If she is currently in a facility, the social worker can assist setting up medical transport, i.e., an ambulance or ambulette.
