I moved in with my folks to help care for my Mom. I work full time but after work and weekends am expected to "take over" all care. Fair?

well well I moved into my mothers home after losing my job because of court cases involving my daughter that were not her fault.i expected to stay 3-6 months and get my own place.,when I offered to move my mom wanted me to stay so she wouldn't be alone.i offered to pay rent but she said no. I fractured my leg and a month later had a car accident that I was off work for a year. eventually my mom needed help going for groceries,laundry,and didn't want to drive anymore. in the past 2 years she has declined badly,dementia, falling etc. my family is not helping at all. my brother says this is not the mother he knows,a sister is out of state ..with all the answers on the phone though she did send money once in awhile to help pay for an aide I hired 4 hours a day while I worked and 1/2 hr. at night to put her to bed.this is paid with my moms money. then they question how much I spend on groceries.lol. keep receipts people . I have every penny I spent of her money accounted for.i knew this would happen.family gets ugly when parents get sick. my other sister had surgery for brain last year so was out of the picture but now says she cant handle the stress and gets confused when I asked her to take the paperwork for nursing home Medicaid to do to take the pressure off me. my brother says this is my payback for not paying rent for 10 years nice huh. right now mom is in rehab and possibly going into a nursing home.my sister says why does she have to pay the utilities when shes in rehab after her 20 days,i explained its still considered her residence. my mom didn't want the phone on anymore a few moths ago so I took over that bill because the computer runs off that. my sister out of state says well it runs on electricity so why doesn't she pay the bill..see where its going. I told my other sister maybe I should pay the gas too since I take a hot shower.lol. they are really getting mad now because they found out the house gets transferred to me if she goes into a nursing home.i will refuse to take her back home in these condions. I will move out. if they wont take her to home.shes going to lose the house anyways when Medicaid wants their cut for taking her in and because my family is not here to give me a break once in awhile I cant do this anymore. I have been home bound except to go to work for 3 hours during the week for a year now,have to ask my sister a month ahead of time to come sit with mom so I can go out for 3 hours to see my granddaughter.my brother says what do you do all day..lol. all you do is talk on the phone. yes for moms care. now its about me... even HER dr. says you look terrible.all the concern is the house to them.
