I found out family members can be really nasty when it comes to whats left after a parent dies and its not like anyone ever cared about my husbands mother when she was alive. But one sister became hostile and took everything and wont give anything up. it is truly sad .my husband is disabled and because of that he has been mistreated by them. They sold the house and gave him less than 3% of the total saying they put all this money into it and deserve it all back and can he fight them or knows to ? no and I am only an inlaw I dont count.I will pray about it and hope I can just let it go for his sake .

I just think the sibling is saying I dont want to give care, I never have wanted to give care and I am not like you. You gave care to Mum (a month) but Dad has been ill much longer hasnt he? And noone knows how long he will be ill for. I can tell you changing a diaper in an old person is hard let alone a 200 lb elder person who has mobility difficulties. it's time he went into asisted living or something where his need can be catered for. Right now he isn't being cared for. he has caregivers but he isnt being cared for. As she and he live together rpesumably she does see him every day and she doesn't just give him his meds at night - if thats all she did she wouldn't be cleaning up excrement. And who is she going to try to release her frustrations to - yep her twin sister but you don't want to know either and surprisingly you're not hearing her - she doesn't want to do this..

I was talking with my sister and she know realised that it hard for us to take care of father and that we need to look for a place for him and sell his home. she said that she know that i can't leave my family and i know that she is under a lot of strees from work and taking care of dad.at least know she want to talk about selling his home before she didn't want to talk about it. so my brother and i are helping her with the subject of the house and look for a place for dad. i will be going to visit dad in a few days if i can and we will talk about some more.
