Try a different brand, Tena, Prevail, Poise, Coviden. It's really a personal choice. Onsie pajamas do help and button up the back.

You can use large rubber mattress covers or double up on the disposable covers.

p.s. Also limit fluid intake after 6:00pm and toilet her before going to bed.

That seems to be a common problem with people pulling off those Depend type pants at night... wonder if they become uncomfortable or too warm to wear. If you asked your Mom, would she be able to tell you? I worn some for a week after surgery and had no problem, but each person is different.

I recall reading on the forum where if you purchase an one-piece pajama that it would make it more of a challenge to get out of the pajama in order to pull off the Depends.
