Want to applied for Medicaid for my mom in living in AL now. We have a bank with her, brother and my name on it. We have property in Puerto Rico, they are under our name (brother and I) and have for many years. We use the money from these property (rents, etc) to pay for her AL and any medical issues (ambulances, hospital ER, depends, dentures, etc). Will she qualify for Medicaid?

You are living in the states, right. Because you have been paying her way till now, no it shouldn't effect her medicaid. Its not her income but yours. At the AL Mom was in, after two years of private pay you can apply for Medicaid if there is no money. If Mom has no assets other than SS or pension or SSI she should qualify.
