There should be a social worker at the facility she is in to assist you with this. Thank goodness tomorrow's Friday!

What do you mean that she is "out of time"? Is she in a rehab facility? A transitional care unit? What kind of long term care does she need? Skilled nursing? Assisted living?
Please give a little more information.
