My mother has chronic c-diff. and doesn't have enough money to stay in assisted living. Can hospice help us with in-home care?

Sorry to hear about your mom's situation. Are you able to talk to a social worker from the rehab clinic? Call Adult Protective Services or a Senior's Centre that can help you access resources in the community. Or someone at the church that might be able to help. There should be someone at hospice who is familiar with all social programs that can assist your mom.

Thanks, I have talked to a social worker and she did give me additional info about Hospice. I am going to call them to see what type of services they offer.
