Is she not wearing any Depends or the like? If not, make sure she is. Throw away all of her old underwear, and replace with the Depends. And if she is already wearing them, then perhaps she needs to have them changed more often, as the only time you should have to worry about them perhaps leaking is overnight. Other than that there's no excuse.

I just read your profile after I wrote the above. Looks like mom is living by herself, is that correct? You're either going to have to hire some outside help to come help mom, or you're going to have to come over more often to make sure she has a clean Depends on. And if neither of those options work, then it may be time to have mom placed in the appropriate facility. Best wishes.

For the bladder issues we have these pads we bought from Amazon. They are plaid and we fold them and put them under her in recliner. We have another for the couch and the living room and one for her bed. There is a spare if any need to be washed. They are waterproof and have a soft padding on top and a not quite rubber waterproof backing. We wash and let air dry. She also wears always pads (like underwear). They have different strengths we just wear the overnight ones all the time.

Do you need cleaning ideas? I know that hydrogen peroxide gets blood out of just about anything. Using disposable chucks directly under her; waterproof mattress cover under her sheets to protect the mattress. Others will have good suggests.

Thank you. We have the pads. It's just the little drips as she makes her way to the bathroom. She refuses bedside potty and uses rollator.
