My mom has lived with us since the beginning of the year, and wants to help out. Any suggestions?

She wants to help more around the house, but I'm having a difficult time coming up with things that she is capable of doing. She is helping fold laundry, she does the dishes, and dusts the furniture. She is a fall risk and must use her walker, which is another discussion! Any suggestions??
