I have found getting my mother to wear disposable diapers at night has reduced problems with fecal incontinence. I also used disposable sheets, which you can use to cover up not only parts of the bed but other parts of the room, to pick up and clean if that is nighttime. I don't know if this will help you, but I suspect it may be a nighttime confusion?

I have found good deals on Depend for Women Incontinence Underwear, Maximum Absorbency, so I could afford this, and it helped manage daily activity, as Disposable Tissue/Poly Flat Stretcher Sheets.

I also probably should own stock in Antibacterial Hand Wipes. We have many, many, many of these in every bathroom and throughout the house, to help with every emergency quickly, as well as good hot water and antibacterial soap.
