I posted on June 2nd that the hospice nurse said mom had 2 weeks. Mom had dementia for 7-8 yrs. Mom passed away on June 8th. My heart is broken and I feel numb. We had a chance to sing over Mom and pray for her when I visited on June 6th. I knew it would probably be the last I would see Mom. I told her I loved her and other things to her. She was medicated and I believe she still could hear us. She passed away in Peace.

I'm glad that you were able to spend some quality time with your mom before she died, and that she died in peace.
Now it's time to grieve the mom you loved and take time for yourself to get your life back on track after your loss.
God bless you.
