My mom is 70 years old always been very nice and fair to people when my brother quit talking to her. She changed big time. Any advice?

My mom just changed big time and seems to get worse. I don't know what to do. Could someone tell me cause the Dr said it is not a urinary tract infection and there is no sign of dementia or Alzheimer's.

What is going on with brother and her, and what do you mean by "changed big time", can you give us an example? From your very brief question it seems as though there was a big blow out and she is still angry/grieving about it, perhaps she may even be depressed.
