If my Mother is on Medicaid with my son and she has legal guardianship of him, What happens if I claim him (son) on my taxes? Will my son lose his medicaid coverage with my mom?

Who does he live with? If her than probably no. Plus she has guardianship. You have to be supporting him more than 50%. Do
you pay support? This is a question or a tax preparer.
