I asked my mom to go to my sisters for a few months because I need a break. What do I do now if she feels guilty?

You tell your mother that the two of you need a vacation from each other, and that it will renew and refresh when you get together again. This is a GOOD thing, treat it so. At least you'll have something different to talk about when you see her again.
